Corporate Background

TeleSoft International, Inc. was founded in 1992 to develop and market high-performance communications software and hardware for the digital communications market.

TeleSoft International, Inc. is privately held and self-financed.

Mission

TeleSoft provides a continually expanding family of telecom and datacom protocol stacks, so that our customers can dramatically reduce their development time and while minimizing technical risk. TeleSoft engages in the full cycle of product development to better understand customer issues and provide proven solutions.

Customer Base

TsLink3 customers are communications equipment manufacturers who build products incorporating CompactSIP and TsLink3 PSTN software stacks. TeleSoft software saves these customers hundreds of thousands of dollars in development costs and significantly decreases the time-to-market for new products.

The current customer base includes more than 250 companies including Alcatel, AT&T, Avaya, Cisco, D-Link, EMS Satcom, Fujitsu, GTE, IBM, Interactive Intelligence, L-3 Communications, Lucent, Motorola, NEC, Nimbuzz, NTT, Polycom, Sangoma, TelcoBridges, Vodafone and ZyXEL. This customer base spans the world with licensees in more than 20 countries in North America, Asia, Australia, Europe, South America, and Africa.

Products

TeleSoft develops and licenses well-proven source code for VoIP, SIP, Basic Rate ISDN (BRI ISDN) and Primary Rate ISDN (PRI ISDN), PPP, ML-PPP, T1 RBS, E1 CAS R2, QSIG, Frame Relay, AO/DI, X.25, AutoSPID, Autoswitch Detection, NFAS, and D-Channel Backup in addition to DSS1 and other switch variants used worldwide. TeleSoft engages in the full cycle of product development to better understand customer issues and provide optimized proven solutions.

Principals

The founders of TeleSoft have extensive experience in the design, development, and marketing of software and hardware products for the data communications industry. Their backgrounds include AT&T Bell Labs, FedEx, IBM, and Advanced Micro Devices (AMD).

Telesoft CEO, Guido DiGregorio, began his career at GE, rose to lead a GE worldwide Industrial Automation Business, was then recruited to CEO six companies which included the successful development and marketing of enterprise application software, operating systems and application software for mobile and lap top devices including smart phones.

Jeff Sandler, VP of Business Development, brings over 25 years of business development and sales success repeatedly driving startups and early stage companies into new markets with new product offerings. His expertise crosses all distribution methodologies including enterprise direct, reseller/partners, strategic alliances and OEM embeds.
